Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA): ACB maintains a close relationship with the ELCA through its Global Mission. As a congregation rooted in the Lutheran tradition, this partnership is a vital part of our identity. The ELCA supports ACB in various ways, including providing pastoral leadership.

Donations to ACB may be made through the ELCA Global Gifts program. Please indicate “American Church in Berlin” on your gift or in the memo line of your check. A certificate for U.S. tax deduction purposes can be issued.

American and Foreign Christian Union (AFCU): ACB has been associated with the AFCU for over 130 years. AFCU provides vital support in providing a space for dialogue, exchange, and financial support. You can contribute to our congregation through the AFCU and receive a certificate for U.S. tax deduction purposes. Please make your check payable to “The American Foreign Christian Union (AFCU)” and write “For ACB” on the memo line of your check.

Association of International Churches in Europe and the Middle East (AICEME): We participate in this organization’s activities and appreciate their continued support through prayer and fellowship.

ACB is a member of the Internationaler Konvent (IK). The Internationale Konvent Christlicher Gemeinden in Berlin und Brandenburg is a group of over 30 Christian congregations with migrant representation, covering a diverse range of denominations and backgrounds.

The IK represents its member churches’ interests in the EKBO (the official Protestant Church in Berlin) and in the public sphere. It also provides logistical and financial support to its churches.
