Women's Group

Our women’s social group—under the name “Ladies, Lattes, and Lagers”—offers a simple, welcoming space to connect. All women at ACB are invited to join every third Thursday of the month for casual conversation, friendship, and community. No agenda, just a warm and open gathering for anyone who wants to come.

Young Adults

Our young adults group at ACB—folks in their late teens, 20s, and 30s—meets twice a month: once to explore faith and theology, and once simply to socialize. All are welcome to join for open conversation, community, and connection. Check the events calendar for upcoming gatherings.

Church Choir

Our ACB Choir is a great way to connect and make music together. The choir sings regularly in worship and at special concerts, and welcomes both absolute beginners and experienced singers. All are invited—regualr rehearsals are Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm (19:30).

Our seniors’ group at ACB—called “BestYears”—is still fairly new. They meet at the church to socialize, offering English-language community and deeper connection for seniors at ACB. Sunday School

Sunday School at ACB meets during Sunday worship (except during school breaks) and offers a warm, engaging space for children to grow in faith. Kids hear Bible stories, pray together, create crafts, and explore what it means to follow Jesus—all in age-appropriate, interactive ways. All children are welcome.

Confirmation

Class

Confirmation class for young people at ACB is a formative journey in which mentors, elder members of the congregation, and the pastor walk alongside our young people as they prepare for the Affirmation of Baptism—a significant rite of passage in the life of the church. Through conversation, learning, and shared faith, confirmands explore what it means to follow Christ and belong to the community of believers.

Bible Study

Bible Study at ACB is a welcoming, safe place to bring questions and explore Scripture together. We look at the historical context in which the texts were written, the literary devices that reveal their meaning, and how Scripture interprets Scripture. We also listen for both Law and Gospel as each passage speaks to us today. Along the way, there’s plenty of fellowship, conversation, and connection.
