ACB supports a number of mission initiatives in India, including the Indian Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge’s (ISPCK) Women’s Empowerment Program, and a medical services program in Yelagari.
One major mission project is supporting ABC Rise Up and Build, an organization running medical camps for hill tribes and rural residents in southern India. Its missionaries work in areas without access to hospitals, providing free health education and medication, and worship services and prayer support. Many missionaries are doctors and nurses who are retired or serving on their own holiday time.
