AICEME Youth Conference

The Youth Conference: Each fall the youth of the Association member churches are hosted by a member church for four days of songs, laughter, sharing and exploring their faith in a safe and welcoming community of their peers.Youth aged 14 to 19 and representing the rich diversity of traditions, cultures and backgrounds characteristic of international churches, come together each year to renew old friendships and discover new ones. Through the amazing leadership of Association youth pastors, adult volunteers and the youth themselves, this event continues to grow and strengthen as it nurtures a new generation of church leaders.

Discipleship

bead-friends

Christianity without discipleship is always Christianity without Christ.

Just as love of God begins with listening to his word, so the beginning of love for our brothers and sisters is learning to listen to them. (Life Together)
― Dietrich Bonhoeffer

We Are Becoming

trinity

This life is not devoutness, but becoming devout;

  • not health, but becoming healthy;
  • not being but becoming and
  • not resting but doing.

We are not yet what we should be, but we are becoming what we should be.

Martin Luther, Meditation on Philippians 3:13
