4th ACB Worship Café

Due to family and retirement needs in the USA, family Kienberger has been long discerning what time to return to the USA. Steve has been offered and accepted a new call in the USA. We are grateful for all they have done for us over the last 7 years.

Steve's wish and request has been to use the upcoming ACB Worship Café on September 16th, 17:00-19:00 as the venue for a farewell potluck.

Everyone is welcome!

Please bring light finger food, a dish or dessert to share as you are able to celebrate 7 wonderful years together with our dear Pastor Steve, Kristi, Elsa and Anna.
Our Praise Band Leader, Eva Diesel, has offered to coordinate any contributions you might want to make (musical or spoken, no longer than 3 minutes; with limited spots available). Please contact Eva asap at: Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist vor Spambots geschützt! Zur Anzeige muss JavaScript eingeschaltet sein!

Let us celebrate a farewell to the Kienbergers and journeying together in Faith!

Love is in the air

Special Valentine’s Concert with Jazz and Christian Pop Music

at the American Church in Berlin

In the US, Valentine’s Day is a very big deal. In the middle of cold February, this festival of romantic love is celebrated by giving each other flowers, chocolates and gifts. Since this holiday would not be complete without that special date for two, start early with the Valentine’s Concert on Saturday, February 11 at the American Church in Berlin on Dennewitzplatz. Featured will be the Keller Band and ACB’s Praise Band, accompanied by an exhibition of artwork created by young artists from the John F. Kennedy School in Berlin.

One of the leading musical groups at the JFK School, the all-student Keller Band plays everything from jazz to world music. Together with the ACB Praise Band and its Christian pop repertoire rooted in rock and blues, love will surely be in the air.

The Valentine’s Day Concert is part of the Worship Cafe concert series at ACB.

Art, Music, and Coffee at ACB

Featuring K19 Art Exhibition

Come enjoy Christian Praise Band and Gospel Music at the ACB Worship Cafe

Saturday, June 4th at 17:00 ACB invites all to enjoy an exciting art exhibit at the Luther Church featuring several artists from K19 Studentendorf Schlachtensee. In addition to the exhibit ACB’s own Praise Band and Gospel Choir will perform Christian music with blues, jazz, rock and gospel influences which are hallmarks of American music. ACB’s 14 member Praise Band will give the art exhibit a musical backdrop for the artists, so to speak!  Come and enjoy wonderful coffee and cake and other American, German and international culinary surprises.

We are grateful to Elizabeth Kang, Klaus Knittel, Jette Jacob, Stella De Kohler, and Ute Manoloudakis, the K19 artists who are graciously allowing their artwork to be on exhibit at ACB until the end of June.

The exhibit and concert at ACB are complimentary. Come and lift your spirits and perhaps your caffeine level, too?
